Merger and Other Consolidation
Scholz Nonprofit Law helped merge four Senior Coalitions to create one vibrant organization, NewBridge Madison, to best serve the needs of Seniors in the community. Our work included counseling Boards and members on the options and implications of merger, creating the Plan for Merger, advising on all steps of the process, preparing and filing the necessary documents with the required agencies, and transferring the real estate.
