Madison Community Foundation

As a partner with the Madison Community Foundation throughout 2020 and 2021, Scholz Nonprofit Law assisted hundreds of community organizations and small businesses to access financial assistance such as the Paycheck Protection Program loans/grants), EIDL loans, Employee Retention Credit, and a myriad of other government assistance programs. With frequent updates and rapid rule changes, Scholz Nonprofit Law kept the community informed on employment and safety practices and disaster relief programs. To reach small businesses with potentially the least access to help, Scholz Nonprofit Law and the Madison Community Foundation partnered with the Latino Chamber of Commerce and the Black Chamber of Commerce.
