Impact Charitable

Scholz Nonprofit Law helps Impact Charitable fund charitable activities through an array of donor advised funds and special impact funds. We assist with structuring and documenting investments and loans, advising on compliance related to 501(c)(3)s and DAFs, and providing general counsel-type advice. We have helped Impact Charitable support such projects as Black homeownership, green energy, Indigenous-owned businesses, and basic income programs.
